Returns
At Uniquelovegift, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your handmade toy, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items must be returned with all tags attached and in a saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@uniquelovegift.world or through our contact form with your order details, including your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address within 2-3 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to availability and may require additional payment if the new item is of higher value. We cannot guarantee that a specific item will be available for exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Custom Orders
Custom-made toys are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or do not match the agreed-upon specifications. Please review all custom order details carefully before finalizing your purchase. If there is an error on our part, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@uniquelovegift.world.
